Starting in 2003, Graphic Services started creating high-quality funeral stationery that could serve as a lasting memory for families and their loved ones. Our team has grown into 220+ fantastic people, dedicated to providing excellent products and services.
Keeping true to our goal, we've kept all our operations right here in the UK, maintaining that personal touch and availability to chat over the phone or email, making sure that every piece of stationery we create is as unique as the person it celebrates. We're excited about what's to come, and we're committed to constantly improving our service, always striving to offer the best funeral stationery out there.
The starting point for Graphic Services, back in November 2003. It all began at Woolley Barn, just 1000 square feet in size. With only one staff member and a Xerox 6060 printer, we laid the foundation for what was to come.
Fast forward to 2005, and Graphic Services had already made significant strides. We expanded our team, bringing in five new employees, and upgraded to a larger location, The Stables, with 3000 square feet of space. This move allowed us to offer large format printing, and we even introduced our web-to-print services.
The year 2008 brought continued growth and investment for Graphic Services. We replaced our press with four brand new ones, showcasing our commitment to staying at the cutting edge of technology. Now with a team of 20 talented individuals.
In 2011, Graphic Services achieved a milestone that set us apart. We became the first company in the world to have three Morgana booklet-stitching machines within our digital print department. Not only that, but we also moved into a new building, Enterprise House, boasting an impressive 12000 square feet of space. To further enhance our capabilities, we introduced three state-of-the-art colour presses.
By 2014, Graphic Services had grown to a team of over 50 dedicated employees. We were proud to obtain PEFC and FSC ® certifications, showcasing our commitment to sustainability. Additionally, we expanded our range of services by introducing a fulfilment service, catering to our clients' comprehensive needs. On top of that, we sponsored Jaydee, an adorable guide dog puppy, throughout his crucial first year of training.
In 2017, Graphic Services experienced another significant milestone. Our team expanded to over 130 talented individuals, and we moved to a completely modernised premises on Kingfisher Way, spanning over 43,000 square feet. This move reflected our dedication to creating an environment that fosters innovation and growth.
And in 2022, Graphic Services reached new heights. With over 200 employees on board, we continued to invest in the latest technology, acquiring nine state-of-the-art printers. These advancements allowed us to provide top-quality and efficient printing solutions to our ever-growing client base.
